People, who presumably make up the three major system segments of coporations, government and civil organizations, are over-shadowed and overwhelmed by the power and resources of all three. While it is true that we can fight city hall, it is not often that the ordinary person wins. Corporate management, for instance, has been known to control shareholders meetings, including microphones that don't work, in the name of efficiency and the avoidance of challenging questions or dissent.
